Men over 40 should do moderate aerobic activities like kickboxing, where you control how fast and how hard you want to hit the bag. (Kickboxing works your entire body and helps your body BURN THE MOST FAT PER MINUTE)

Men over 40 should also strength train all major muscle groups 3 times per week, for about 30 to 60 minutes each session.

After 40, our joints become more susceptible to injuries. Weight training and kickboxing are two of the best exercises to tone up and lose unhealthy fat.
